Full Description of Villa Nalina

Villa Nalina is one of Bali’s newest “super Villas”, designed to fulfill your dreams for a totally pampered holiday or an impeccably catered for event. Fully equipped and fully serviced you will want for nothing. Ideally located in Seminyak you are within easy reach of some of Bali’s best beaches, restaurants, clubs and shopping. And of course, surrounded by the beautiful Balinese culture.

A huge amount of thought has gone into making Nalina complete with every option you could think of. Dine al fresco, fire up the barbeque or dine more formally at an exquisite antique wood dining table (a beautiful feature unto itself.) Be delicously catered for or create your own speciality in the state of the art kitchen.

Be entertained by the very latest entertainment facilities throughout. And, if you are entertaining, your guests are not left on the street looking for parking.

The ‘big picture’ at Nalina is very impressive, but soon you’ll be noticing the eclectic collection of modern art and antiques, the tranquil spaces where a Buddha sits contemplating his good fortune being here .

Bedrooms

The three bedrooms are in a separate two-story complex at the end of the pool. Each is air-conditioned and features its own generous outdoor/indoor tropical style bathroom . Each have ample storage with spacious dressing rooms and total individual privacy.

The super size 62 sq m master bedroom enjoys its own spacious lounging and entertainment areas and verandah overlooking the pool and gardens.

Bedroom two and three are a generous 31 sq metres each and have their own private garden area.

Nalina’s contemporary design enhances the beauty of tropical living. Full of natural light, taking advantage of cooling breezes, surrounded by “secret gardens” and water features, the whole complex is transformed at night into a magical wonderland with beautiful lighting. A sparkling 4×20 metre pool runs alongside the entertaining areas which seamlessly merge the outdoors with the indoors.

Location

Just twelve kilometers from the airport, Seminyak is now one of Bali’s most popular areas for both residents and visitors alike. High Season : US$ 1,200++ (min 5 nights)
Jul 15 – 31; Sep 1 – 15; inclusive Easter & Chinese New Year Week.

Peak Season : US$ 1,500++ (min 7 nights)
Aug 1 -31; Dec 20 – Jan 10

TERM & CONDITIONS

1. Villa rates are in US Dollars and subject to an additional surcharge of 15% for taxes (10% VAT) and service (5%).

2. Check-in and Check-out

* Times:
Check-in : 14:00 PM
Check-out : 12:00 PM
* Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
* Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
* Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

3. Numbers in Party and Children Policy

* The numbers of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults
* Children 0 – 12 years old is free to stay with parents
* Children above 12 years old considered as an extra person and subject to additional charge of US$50++ per person.

4. Events and Parties

* Normal bookings are for vacation purposes, special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of the people in attendance exceeds 100% of villa capacity.
* Additional charge of one (1) night villa rental rate is applied for events and parties functions. This does not include the event organizer and the local community (‘Banjar’) fee.

Rates
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.

Tax and Service
All rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Some villas’ rates are plus 21% government tax and service charges. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.

What’s Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa – just the same amenities when staying in a hotel.

Minimum Stay
It also varies, the outline is low season = 2-3 nights, high = 5-7 nights and peak = 10 nights.

Maximum Occupancy
All Villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment.
