Villa Dadi is a large five bedrooms villa combining modern comfort and Balinese architecture with its generous open space dinning and living area, thatched roof, ponds and deck, Indonesian antiques.
The 4 pavilions are sited atop of a 1 600 m2 lush tropical garden overlooking the famous terraced rice field and facing the well shaped swimming pool and the outdoor Jacuzzi.
From the private paved road leading to the villa, the main gate opens on the car park and service area.
Entering through the antique door, few stairs get down to the wood deck floating on the pond and distributing the bedrooms, the garden and the open space living area.
On the left, few up stairs are leading to large open space living well equipped with day beds, coffee table satellite television and DVD’s. The living area is dominating the garden, the swimming pool and terraced rice field situated over the river bordering the property.
At the back, the dinning area is equipped with a comfortable 12 seats table. A wood bridge leads to the guest lavatory and to the well equipped kitchen. The staffs have a direct access to the kitchen from the back of the property.
On the right, 2 pavilions seated along the swimming pool features for each of them 2 bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms. In the first pavilion the 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, on the second pavilion one of the bedrooms is on the first floor dominating the garden and swimming pool.
Each of these 4 bedrooms is similar with king size bed covered by mosquito net, wide standing dressing, bathrooms with bathtub, independent shower, toilet and 2 basins.
On the east side of the property close to the river a pavilion is featuring a glass wall fifth bedroom with it ensuite private bathroom equipped of one basin, toilet and bathtub.
In addition to sound system, satellite TV Villa Dadi is equipped with wireless internet high speed connection.
At your full service, a manager is supervising 7 permanent staffs including 1 cook, 2 maids, 1
gardeners and pool attendants and 3 security guards servicing during the nights.

Rates
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.
Tax and Service
All rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Some villas’ rates are plus 21% government tax and service charges.
Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.
What’s Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa – just the same amenities when staying in a hotel.
Minimum Stay
It also varies, the outline is low season = 2-3 nights, high = 5-7 nights and peak = 10 nights.
Maximum Occupancy
All Villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment.
