Discover the ultimate indulgence of staying in your own private villa on the Island of the Gods. Villa Ahn is a luxurious private property nestled in the rice-fields of Ubud the cultural centre of Bali. The villa is self contained in its own large grounds, surrounded by our private tropical gardens.

Nestled in the rice fields of Ubud, Bali, Villa Ahn is a luxurious privately owned property that provides the perfect environment from which to discover the many delights of the beautiful “Island of Gods”. Ubud is a 50 minute drive from the international airport at Denpasar.

Villa Ahn is a fully staffed home with 3 generous bedroom suites in its own substantial tropical gardens. There is an enticing infinity pool of the deepest blue, that is the perfect place from which to take in the lush green surrounds. The location is spectacular, at the end of a small village in the ancient region of Pejeng, just outside Ubud. The full time staff of 3 includes a night watchman for added security.

The house covers nearly 4,500 sq ft and has been designed to embrace classical Balinese architecture fully and combines it with the best of modern design elements – fixtures and fittings are of the highest international standard, with interiors by a designer who has worked for some of the Bali’s most prestigious hotels. Villa Ahn offers privacy, style and luxury – a home for you in Bali.

Overall the result is a private home that blends elegantly into its surroundings, fusing Asian and Western influences harmoniously together. Traditional “alang-alang” thatched roofing, spacious living areas open to the elements, and inspiring views of the surrounding fields and mountains showcase the natural beauty of the location. Incorporating all the comforts of modern living, Villa Ahn is a place to unwind and relax, whilst its central location also makes it an ideal base from which to explore the rest of Bali, with a multitude of activities and amenities on the doorstep.

There are 3 substantial bedroom suites at Villa Ahn. All are luxuriously appointed, but decorated in calming and restful natural colours. Queen sized beds, large bath tubs (some open to the skies), power showers and spacious walk in wardrobes are all standard. All suites also have air-conditioning and fan units. We provide only the finest Egyptian cotton bedding and towels.

Ubud and local towns have many galleries and some museums, with varied works of art to suit serious collectors as well as tourists. Guidebooks and museums provide a usefull background on Balinese art. Works by many of the artists represented in Ubud’s museums can be bought in local galleries.

The main areas ar located in Jalan Raya, from the Peliatan cross-roads in the East all the way up to Sayan in the West; the main street through Peliatan; Pengosekan Village; Batuan Village; Penestanan Village; and the town of Mas, where the woodcarvers have galleries Galleries and museums are generally open from 8 or 9 in the morning until 6, every day, except major holidays.

* Puri Lukisan is Ubud’s “Palace of Art”, founded about 40 years ago by a group of artists, and patrons from the Ubud royal palaces.
* Museum Neka- Mostly modem works by Balinese, Indonesian and western artists who have worked in Bali.
* Agung Rai Museum of Art (ARMA)Vast collection of Balinese paintings, changing exhibitions, a gamelan orchestra, dance performances on an open-air stage, great gardens, conference facilities, aN espresso cafe on the edge of vast rice fields with a view of Gunung Agung, and one of the best restaurants in Ubud (cf Cafe ARMA).
* Museum Purbakala Gedong Area A research museum for scholars which also displays various Balinese antiquities.

Villa Ahn is located in the heart of the ancient kingdom of Pejeng, 15 minutes drive from central Ubud. Goa Gajah, or the Elephant Cave, is less than 5 minutes away. The villa is surrounded by lush rice fields and forests, offering spectacular views.

Rates
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night, and subject to change without prior notice.

Tax and Service
All rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Some villas’ rates are plus 21% government tax and service charges. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.

What’s Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa – just the same amenities when staying in a hotel.

Minimum Stay
It also varies, the outline is low season = 2-3 nights, high = 5-7 nights and peak = 10 nights.

Maximum Occupancy
All Villas accommodate a maximum number of guests, which is stated in our descriptions, and must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed to prior to receipt of full and final payment.
